Thanks for reading ❤❤ Welcome Back Readers, In this Blog we are going to know about the Taxation and what are the Types of tax in India. In a Welfare State, the Government takes primary responsibility for the welfare of its Citizens, as in matters of health care, education, employment, infrastructure, social security and other development needs. To facilitate these, Governments needs revenue. The Taxation is the primary source of Revenue to the Government for incurring such public welfare expenditure. In other words, Government is taking taxes from public through its one hand and through another hand, it incurs welfare expenditure for public at large. However, no one enjoys handling over his hard-earned money to the Government to pay taxes. Thus, Taxes are Compulsory or enforced contribution to the Government revenue by the Public. Government may levy taxes on income, business profits or wealth or add it to the cost of some goods, services and transactions. There are Two types of taxes:

On the other hand, of which incidence and impact fall on two different persons is known as Indirect tax, such as GST, etc. It means, in the case of Direct tax, tax is recovered directly from the assessee, who ultimately bears such taxes, whereas in the case of indirect tax, tax is recovered from the assessee, who passes such burden to the another person and its ultimately borne by consumers of such goods or services. Direct tax.
Indirect Tax.
Why Linux Is Better Than Windows ?What is Linux ? Linux is an Operating system just like windows, and mac-OS. Probably Linux is not an operating system, it is a kernel That is a part of the operating system. It is a Unix-based operating system and a family of open-source. Linux is created in the early 1990's by Linus Torvalds. Why Linux is Better Than Windows?
There are several reasons why Linux is better. Let’s see the reasons in this blog Secure: Unlike Windows, Linux is a secure system. In Windows, we need to worry about viruses and attacks (hacks) such as Dos attacks, Trojan horse attacks. However, Linux is safe and secure. It isn’t sure it's safe and secure there are some flaws. Linux doesn’t require any antivirus like windows. Open Source and Free: If you are using Windows, You need to buy it or use a crack. Most of them are not comfortable with that. But in Linux most of the distro is free. Linux is open-source so one can view the source code and review it and even they can contribute to it. Customization: If you love to customize the desktop Linux is a perfect choice for you. In Linux, you can customize each thing like terminal, themes, and many with the help of a tool called Tweak. There is a lot of tools available for customization. Different Distribution: In Linux, there is a lot of distros like Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS, Kali, and so on. Each distro has different features and purposes. If you are new to Linux I suggest going with Ubuntu. Updates: One of my favorite feature software updates. In Linux, we can update the software and packages which are required for us. We can choose the packages whether to be updated or not. Developer Friendly: If you are a developer I am sure you will love Linux. It supports most of the programming languages like python, java, etc., You will get a lot of experience with shell scripting. IntroductionHello Readers, Welcome back to another Exciting Blog. In this Blog we are going to discuss about Index Mutual Funds. Without wasting the time, Lets get started. What is an Index? An index is an indicator or measure of something. In finance, it typically refers to a statistical measure of change in a securities market. In the case of financial markets, stock and bond market indexes consist of a hypothetical portfolio of securities representing a particular market or a segment of it. What is an Index fund? An “Index fund” is a type of mutual fund or exchange-traded fund that seeks to track the returns of a market index. A market index measures the performance of a “basket” of securities (like stocks or bonds), which is meant to represent a sector of a stock market, or of an economy. History of Index funds: In 1976, the first index fund was created by Mr.John Bogle Founder of Vanguard Group. Name of the Fund:Vanguard S&P 500 Index fund. Issue size: $150 Million dollars but can only raise up-to $11.3 million dollars. In 1990, touched 1 Billion dollar Landmark. For Today, it is one of the largest fund in the world. (larger as that entire mutual fund AUM in India.) Why Index Funds? Investing in index funds has long been considered one of the smartest investment moves you can make. Index funds are affordable, enable diversification, and tend to generate attractive returns over time. Historically, index funds outperform other types of funds that are actively managed by top investment firms. The main reason why people choose Index mutual funds over other mutual funds is Expense ratio. The Expense Ratio in Average for Mutual funds(large cap) is 1.5% The Expense Ratio in Average for Index funds is 0.2% Here, the Difference is just 1.3%, is that the real reason for people to choose Index funds? The answer is YES. Let's me explain this with an example to you. Let's Say, we invest 10,00,000 in mutual funds for 20 years at CAGR of 15% The average return for the mutual fund with 1.5% expense ratio is 1,25,86,855 The average return for the Index fund with 0.2% expense ratio is 1,58,06,574 Here, we would be lost 32,19,000 if we choose the Mutual fund with expense ratio of 1.5% So that's the Reason why people choose Index funds over other mutual funds. Conclusion If you are someone who has a low-risk taker, this fund is your new best friend.
